Forgotten password

Choose a new password using a link sent to you by email.

1. In the app, when you sign in, tap “Forgot password?”. Or go to My Account on our website.
2. Enter your account's email address. You'll receive an email with a link.
3. Open the link and choose a new password of at least 8 characters.

The link can only be used once, within one hour. Nothing after a minute? Look in your junk (spam) folder.

Nothing is lost, and your devices stay signed in.
