What comes back without warning
The roof to clean every two years. The boiler to service before winter. The alarm to check. The car to service, then its inspection. The passport that expires the year you travel.
None of it has a date. It comes back “every two years”, “before winter”, “a year after last time”. That's exactly what no calendar can keep track of.
Until the day it's urgent
So someone thinks of it. In the evening, in the car, at the wrong moment. They tell themselves they'll have to call. They forget. It comes back to them.
And one day, it's no longer “soon”. The heating engineer has no slot before January. The passport won't be ready in time. You find out too late, and scramble to catch up.
Everyone has their patch
I'm 50. At home, as in many families, we share out the things to plan. The roof, the alarm and the car are my patch. And I always found out about them too late.
I make software that automates tedious things. WebAcappella, my first, helps thousands of people build their website. So I did what I know how to do.
You write something down once. TimeAcappella remembers, and tells you when it's time. Nothing left to remember.
What we won't do
Paying every month for an app that does very little. Seeing what you write down sold to others. Being hounded by pushy ads.
TimeAcappella is free on one device, with no ads. To have it on all your devices and bring the whole family together, there's a yearly subscription: it keeps us going, and what you keep to yourself stays yours.
The one who remembers is no longer alone
Your sister, your brother, your partner can finally do their share, without installing anything.
Everyone keeps their patch. Nobody forgets anyone else's any more.
