What we know about you, and what we do with it.

Who is responsible

INTUISPHERE, which publishes TimeAcappella; its address is in the legal notice. For any question about what we know about you: contact@intuisphere.com.

What you keep to yourself

Your things to plan, your loved ones and your TimeAcappella calendar are on your devices. With the Family plan, a copy is sent to us, so you can find them on your other devices and lose nothing: it travels protected, it is stored safely in Europe, and no one here looks at it. We only open it if you ask us in writing, to help you.

The other calendars TimeAcappella shows are read on your device and never leave it. “News” chooses what it shows you on your device too: nothing is sent.

If you have an account

The account is for the subscription, and with it the online copy and sharing. We then know your email address, a fingerprint of your password (never the password itself), your devices (their name, their type, when they last connected), your plan and its renewal date.

We need this to provide the service you asked for. News from WebAcappella by email, only if you agree: the box is unticked to begin with, and you can change your mind in “My Account”.

What you share

When you share a thing or a loved one, we show what is shared to the people who have the link: the title, how often and the dates, who it is for, the first names of those sharing, and every “Done”. Nothing else from your notebook.

We keep it under lock and key on our side, and erase it when you stop sharing. The link is sent from your phone: we know neither the number nor the address of whoever receives it. When someone ticks “Done”, the message that lets you know goes through Apple or Google, like everything that reaches a phone.

When you subscribe

Payment is handled by Stripe, or by Apple on iPhone and iPad: your card never passes through us. We keep the plan you chose, its dates and your invoices for ten years, as the law requires.

What we don't do

No ads, no tracking of your visits, and nothing about you is sold to anyone. We only count what keeps the service running: accounts, devices, subscriptions, shares.

This site sets no cookies. “My Account” sets one to keep you signed in for 7 days and, if you change language there, a second one that remembers your choice for 365 days.

How long

Your account stays as long as you use it. Without a current plan, after 11 months with no activity at all, we email you to warn you; the account is deleted at 12 months, along with its online copy, and never less than 30 days after that email. You can also delete it yourself, in the app or in “My Account”, with your password: it is deleted 7 days later, and you can cancel until then.

Earlier versions of your online copy are kept for 30 days, so we can put right a mistake on our part. Our backup copies, used only if something goes wrong, are erased after 35 days for the weekly ones and 400 days for the monthly ones. To protect ourselves from misuse, we keep a fingerprint of your IP address for 2 days, never the address itself.

Who helps us

A few providers keep the service running, with no right to use what they hold: Fly.io and Neon, in Germany, where the service runs and the accounts are stored; Cloudflare, which keeps the copy of your notebook in Western Europe; Resend, which sends the emails from Europe; Stripe, which takes payments, and VosFactures, which draws up the invoices; Apple and Google, for purchases in their stores and to let you know when someone ticks off a shared thing.

Several are American companies: what they receive is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we know about you, correct it, erase it or take it with you, and object to a use of it. Write to contact@intuisphere.com: we reply within a month. What you write down, you already have: it is on your devices.

If you think we are not respecting your rights, you can contact the CNIL.

Your security

Sign-in codes and links are kept as a fingerprint, unreadable even to us. Our logs contain neither what you write nor your email address. If an incident affected you, we would let you know.
