The To plan tab sorts your things into three lists. Use the switch at the top to move from one list to another.
To fit in
Things whose time has come. Tap one to open it out: it shows how long you have and what's left to do, and its buttons are there.
- “It's time”: you can do it now.
- “To call”: you need to book an appointment. Once opened out, the thing shows when to call by, allowing for the time it takes to get an appointment. See Book an appointment.
- “by 30 Oct”: the date to keep to.
- “Due since 15 Oct”, with a small clock: the date has passed. The thing is waiting for you, and the app keeps reminding you about it.
Upcoming
Things whose time hasn't come yet, sorted into “Coming up”, “This quarter” and “Later”, with a rough date: “Around December 2026”. Appointments you've already booked wait there for their day.
Done
What you've done in the last twelve months, most recent first. Past appointments are there too, counted as done: see After the appointment.
A thing's menu
Press and hold a thing to open its menu. You'll find its buttons there, and more:
- “I'm on it” marks it with a bookmark: it moves to the top of the lists while you deal with it. Nothing else changes, neither its date nor its reminders.
- “Not this time” lets it go by once. See Say it's done.
- “Share…” sends it to someone close to you. See Share a thing.
- “Edit…” opens its details. See Edit or delete a thing.
