Find your notebook on another device

Connect a computer, a tablet or a new phone to your account, with or without a password.

With Solo or Family, what you write down on one device appears on the others a few seconds later, and a copy is kept safe with us.

  1. Install TimeAcappella on the other device: see the Download page.
  2. Tap Settings, then Account, then “I Already Have a Subscription…”.
  3. Type your account's email address and password, then tap “Connect”.

On a new device, the empty notebook also offers “Already have an account?”, with “Connect This Device…”.

Without typing the password

If you're signed in to your account on your computer: on our website, in My Account, “Connect your phone or computer” shows a code and a QR code. On the phone, tap “I Have a Sign-In Code”, then type the code, or tap “Scan the QR Code”.

Too many devices

Each plan allows a set number of devices. If you've reached it, first remove a device you no longer use, often an old phone: see Remove a device.
